摘要
目的观察孕通汤组方联合宫腹腔镜治疗输卵管性不孕症临床疗效及对妊娠结局的影响。方法将我院收治输卵管性不孕症患者200例随机分为观察组与对照组各100例。对照组采用宫腹腔镜治疗,观察组在对照组治疗基础上联合孕通汤组方治疗。比较两组临床疗效、中医证候疗效、临床体征积分、输卵管通畅率、炎症因子含量以及妊娠结局。结果治疗后,观察组综合治疗总有效率显著高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组中医证候疗效总有效率显著高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组中医证候积分、临床体征积分均显著低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组超敏C反应蛋白(hs-CRP)、白细胞介素6(IL-6)、肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)含量均低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组自然妊娠率高于对照组(P<0.05),流产率低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论孕通汤组方与宫腹腔镜结合使用治疗输卵管性不孕症疗效较好,并能显著改善妊娠结局。
Objective To observe the clinical curative effect of Yuntong Decoction combined with hysteroscopy-laparoscopy on tubal factor infertility(TFI) and its influences on pregnancy outcomes.Methods A total of 200 TFI patients were randomly divided into observation group and control group,with 100 cases in each group.Control group was treated with hysteroscopylaparoscopy,while observation group was treated with Yuntong Decoction on the basis of control group.The clinical effect,curative effect on TCM syndromes,scores of clinical signs,tubal patency rate,contents of inflammatory factors and pregnancy outcomes were compared between the two groups.Results After treatment,the total response rate of comprehensive treatment,the total response rate of TCM syndromes,the natural pregnancy rate in observation group were higher than control group(all P<0.05);the scores of TCM syndromes and clinical signs,the contents of high sensitivity C-reactive protein(hs-CRP),interleukin-6(IL-6),tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α) and abortion rate in observation group were significantly lower than control group(all P<0.05).Conclusion Yuntong Decoction combined with hysteroscopy-laparoscopy has a better curative effect on TFI,which can significantly improve pregnancy outcomes.
