摘要
目的评价卡前列素氨丁三醇联合卡前列甲酯栓治疗产后出血的效果。方法160例产后出血产妇,随机分为对照组及观察组,每组80例。对照组产妇采取缩宫素+米索前列醇片治疗,观察组产妇采取卡前列素氨丁三醇+卡前列甲酯栓治疗。比较两组产妇的临床疗效、不良反应发生情况、产后出血情况、产后出血量。结果观察组产妇的总有效率98.75%高于对照组的85.00%、不良反应发生率8.75%低于对照组的20.00%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组产妇产后出血500~1000 ml占比95.00%高于对照组的50.00%、产后出血1000~2000 ml占比5.00%低于对照组的47.50%,产后2 h出血量(410.50±45.50)ml及产后24 h出血量(625.05±60.50)ml少于对照组的(530.30±65.60)、(855.50±70.50)ml,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论卡前列素氨丁三醇+卡前列甲酯栓治疗产后出血的效果理想、安全性高,是有效的止血方案。
Objective To evaluate the effect of carprost tromethamine combined with carprost methylate suppositorites in the treatment of postpartum hemorrhage.Methods A total of 160 women with postpartum hemorrhage were randomly divided into control group and observation group,with 80 cases in each group.Women in the control group were treated with contraction and misoprostol tablets,and women in the observation group were treated with carprost tromethamine and carprost methylate suppositorites.Both groups were compared in terms of clinical efficacy,occurrence of adverse reactions,postpartum hemorrhage,postpartum blood loss.Results The total effective rate 98.75%in the observation group was higher than 85.00%in the control group,and the incidence of adverse reactions 8.75%was lower than 20.00%in the control group.All the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).In the observation group,the proportion of 500-1000 ml of postpartum hemorrhage 95.00%was higher than 50%in the control group,and the proportion of postpartum hemorrhage 5.00%of 1000-2000 ml was lower than 47.50%in the control group,and the 2 h postpartum blood loss(410.50±45.50)ml and 24 h postpartum blood loss(625.05±60.50)ml were less than(530.30±65.60)and(855.50±70.50)ml in the control group;all the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Carprost tromethamine combined with carprost methylate suppositorites has ideal effect and high safety in the treatment of postpartum hemorrhage.It is an effective hemostatic program.
