摘要
目的探究子宫动脉栓塞术(UAE)联合甲氨蝶呤(MTX)治疗剖宫产术后子宫瘢痕妊娠(CSP)的临床效果。方法104例剖宫产术后CSP患者,依据随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组,每组52例。对照组患者仅接受MTX治疗,观察组采用UAE联合MTX治疗。对比两组的临床相关指标、临床效果与不良反应发生率。结果观察组的血清β-人绒毛膜促性腺激素(β-HCG)恢复正常时间、子宫内包块消失时间和住院时间均短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组的临床总有效率96.15%高于对照组的82.69%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组的不良反应发生率7.69%显著低于对照组的25.00%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论UAE联合MTX治疗剖宫产术后CSP的临床效果显著,可缩短患者住院时间,且不良反应发生率低,安全性高,建议在临床上推广应用。
Objective To investigate the clinical effect of uterine artery embolization(UAE)combined with methotrexate(MTX)for cesarean scar pregnancy(CSP).Methods A total of 104 cases of CSP patients were divided into the control group and the observation group according to the random numerical table,with 52 cases in each group.The control group only received MTX treatment,while the observation group received UAE combined with MTX.The clinical related indicators,clinical effect,and occurrence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results The serumβ-subunit of human chorionic gonadotropin(β-HCG)recovery time,disappearance time of intrauterine mass and hospitalization time in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The total clinical effective rate 96.15%of the observation group was higher than 82.69%of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was 7.69%,which was significantly lower than 25.00%in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Combination of UAE and MTX has significant clinical effect on CSP,and it can shorten the hospitalization time with low incidence of adverse reactions and high safety.It is recommended to be promoted and applied in clinical practice.
