摘要
社会工作是一门重视实践过程和实践效果的专业。社会工作专业实践课程教学过程与方法直接影响着学生对社会工作方法的理解与掌握。在加强与创新社会治理的背景下,提升社会工作实践的教学质量、提高人才素质,是加快推进社会工作发展以及创新社会治理的重要途径。本研究以在行动反思模式的理念指导下,以齐齐哈尔医学院社会工作专业的《小组工作》实践课程为例,对行动反思模式在医学院校社会工作专业实践课程的教模式进行构建。该模式包含实践课前准备—实践过程中—实践课程后反思的三个阶段,并以此总结出“在行动中反思—对行动中反思的描述—对反思描述的反思—对行动后的反思”行动教学模式。
Social work is a profession that attaches importance to the process and effect of practice,and the teaching process and method of social work professional practice courses directly affect the students'understanding and mastery of social work methods.In the context of strengthening and innovating social governance,improving the teaching quality of social work practice and improving the quality of talents is an important way to accelerate the development of social work as well as innovating social governance.Under the guidance of the concept of action reflection model,this study takes the practice course of Group Work of Qiqihar Medical College social work majors as an example,and constructs the teaching model of action reflection model in the practice course of social work majors in medical schools.The model consists of three stages:preparation before the practice course,reflection during the practice course,and reflection after the practice course,and thus summarizes the action teaching model of"reflection in action,description of reflection in action,reflection on the description of reflection,and reflection after the action.
