摘要
西部陆海新通道建设对构建全面开放新格局、推动中国-东盟互联互通、促进西部经济发展、扩大陆海双向开放度等具有重要意义。在总结西部陆海新通道海铁联运班列发展现状的基础上,分析海铁联运班列组织存在的问题,从加快铁路基础设施建设、强化海铁联运联合营销、优化海铁联运班列服务、提高通道沿线通关效率、构建区域物流信息平台等方面提出发展对策。
The construction of the New Western Land-sea Corridor is of great significance for building a new pattern of comprehensive opening up, promoting China-ASEAN connectivity, boosting economic development in western China, and expanding the land-sea two-way openness. On the basis of summarizing the development status of sea-rail intermodal trains in the New Western Land-sea Corridor, the problems in the organization of sea-rail intermodal trains were analyzed, and development countermeasures were proposed, including accelerating the construction of railway infrastructure, strengthening joint marketing of sea-rail intermodal transportation, optimizing sea-rail intermodal train services, elevating the efficiency of customs clearance along the corridor, and building a regional logistics information platform.
