摘要
以节约成本、降低操作危险、防止实际误操作损坏五轴数控机床为目的,利用计算机技术进行虚拟五轴数控机床仿真系统的相关研究。使用UG和3ds-max软件进行五轴数控机床三维模型建模,各零件建模比例为1∶1,高度仿真机床原型。利用Unity 3D作为MR开发平台,应用C#语言编程实现系统的动画和交互功能,进行基于混合现实技术的五轴数控机床全息教学应用系统开发。该系统包括机床结构介绍、工作原理、整体拆装、透视效果和剖切效果5个模块和功能。系统将MR技术与五轴数控机床结构认知、工作原理分析及实训拆装相结合,基于MR技术将五轴数控机床以混合现实形式进行呈现,实现了虚拟三维物体、动画与物理现实空间自然融合。该系统主要用于各类院校和企业数控加工技术的教学与相关岗位培训,解决了五轴机床设备昂贵难购买,操作复杂易损坏机床等实际问题。
In order to save the cost,reduce the danger of operation and prevent the five-axis CNC machine tool from being damaged by actual misoperation,the simulation system of the virtual five-axis CNC machine tool was studied by using computer technology.UG and 3ds-max software were used to build the three-dimensional model of five-axis CNC machine tool.The scale of each part is 1∶1,and the prototype is highly simulated.The system′s animation and interactive functions were realized by using Unity 3D as the development platform and C#programming language to develop the five-axis CNC machine tool holographic teaching application system based on mixed reality technology.The system includes five modules and functions,including machine structure introduction,working principle,whole disassembly and installation,perspective effect and cutaway effect.The system combines the technology with the cognition of five-axis CNC machine tool structure,the analysis of working principle,the practical training of disassembly and installation.The system also presents the five-axis CNC machine tool in the form of mixed reality technology and realizes the natural fusion of virtual 3D object,animation and physical reality space.The system is mainly used for teaching and training of CNC machining technology in various universities and enterprises,which can solve the practical problems such as the five-axis machine tool is too expensive to purchase and the operation is complicated and easily damaged machine tools.
