摘要
对矿用高压配电装置的整体结构特点进行了分析,阐述了运行过程中常见的故障类型,以及这些故障类型与7种状态信号数据之间的关联关系。在此基础上设计了故障识别系统,主要工作原理是对装置的运行状态数据信息进行实时检测与分析,从而推断其潜在的故障隐患。详细分析了系统的硬件和软件整体结构,对主要的传感器进行了选型与设计。将设计的故障识别系统应用到煤矿生产工程实践中,取得了很好的实践应用效果,可以对高压配电装置的状态信息进行实时采集并分析,能及时准确地发现其潜在的安全隐患,有效保障了矿井生产安全。
The overall structural characteristics of the mine high-voltage power distribution device were analyzed,and the common fault types during operation were explained,as well as the relationship between these fault types and the seven state signal data.On this basis,the fault identification system was designed and studied.The main working principle was to detect and analyze the operating state data information of the device in real time,so as to infer its potential fault hazards.The overall structure of the hardware and software of the system was analyzed in detail,and the main sensors were selected and designed.Applying the designed fault identification system to the practice of coal mine production engineering,good practical application results had been achieved.The status information of high-voltage power distribution devices can be collected and analyzed in real time,and potential safety hazards can be found timely and accurately,so as to ensure the safety of mine production.
