摘要
电梯组成中有多个安全保护装置,其中电梯超载保护装置就是其中一个,超载保护装置可以在超载情况下保证电梯能及时停梯,因此其检验尤为重要。结合实际检验工作,阐述了电梯超载保护装置的重要性,总结了几种常见的电梯超载保护装置的形式,介绍了实际检验工作中检验超载保护装置的方式及一些重要事项,并分析了一则电梯超载保护装置失效案例,指出其原因是由于其他部件安装错误导致的电梯超载装置同时失效,为检验时出现同类缺陷提供了借鉴。
There are several safety protection devices in the elevator composition,among which the elevator overload protection device is one.The overload protection device can ensure that the elevator can stop in time in case of overload,so its inspection is particularly important.Combined with the actual inspection work,the importance of elevator overload protection device was expounded,several common forms of elevator overload protection device were summarized,the methods and some important matters of inspecting overload protection device in the actual inspection work were introduced,and a failure case of elevator overload protection device was analyzed,it was pointed out that the reason was that the elevator overload device failed at the same time due to the installation error of other components,which provided a reference for similar defects in inspection.
