摘要
煤矿工程组成相对丰富,需要在合理的空间内开展挖掘工作。但是,近年来煤矿工程管理中存在着众多的问题,包括安全问题、财务问题等,导致煤矿工程出现了较多的安全事故以及其他的管理隐患,这使得煤矿的安全生产达不到标准。针对煤矿工程管理中存在的安全管理不到位、质量控制水平低、管理体系不够完善等问题进行分析,并以地面土建工程开展讨论,提出相应的解决对策,从而为煤矿的全方位发展提供理论参考。
The composition of coal mine engineering is relatively rich,which needs to be carried out in a reasonable space.In recent years,there are many problems in coal mine engineering management,including safety problems and financial problems,resulting in more safety accidents and other management hidden dangers in coal mine engineering,which makes the safety production of coal mine fail to meet the standard.In view of the problems existing in coal mine engineering management,such as inadequate safety management,low quality control level and imperfect management system,taking ground civil engineering as the research object,the corresponding countermeasures are put forward,so as to provide theoretical reference for the all-round development of coal mine.
