摘要
较为详细地介绍了液环式真空泵技术的发展演变。将液环泵分为单级单作用、单级双作用、双级以及大气液环泵四种类型,介绍了各自的特点,并分析了液环泵的发展趋势。液环泵是一种粗真空泵,既可作为真空泵使用,又可作为压缩机使用,通过简单介绍液环泵的两种使用方式的工作原理,阐述了液环泵的优点。针对液环泵的几个关键技术,对比了液环泵技术的国内外研究现状。最后指出国内需要在多个方向努力,来提高国产液环泵技术的产品价值。
The development and evolution of liquid ring vacuum pump technology are introduced in detail.The liquid ring pump is divided into four types:single stage single action pump,single stage double action pump,double stage pump and atmospheric liquid ring pump,their respective characteristics are introduced,and the development trend of liquid ring pump is analyzed.Liquid ring pump is a kind of crude vacuum pump,which can be used as both vacuum pump and compressor.According to several key technologies of liquid ring pump,the research status of liquid ring pump at home and abroad is compared.Finally,it is pointed out that domestic efforts should be made in many directions to improve the product value of domestic liquid ring pump technology.
