摘要
TiH_(2)是制备轻质闭孔泡沫铝材料的重要原料,为改善其热分解行为,将Al粉和TiH_(2)进行低能球磨制备发泡混合体,实现Al粉对TiH_(2)的包覆作用。对制备的该发泡混合体进行热重分析。结果表明:低能球磨可实现TiH_(2)颗粒尺寸的减小,并使其均匀镶嵌在Al粉上;发泡混合体的分解温度要大于单纯经过预处理TiH_(2)的分解温度且发泡混合体的吸热峰由410~550℃的单峰变为480~560℃和650~675℃的双峰形态。随着发泡混合体中Al粉的不断增多,TiH_(2)的吸热密度不断减小,而Al粉的吸热密度不断增大。
TiH_(2)is an important raw material for the preparation of lightweight closed-cell aluminum foam materials.In order to improve its thermal decomposition behavior,Al powders and TiH_(2)are subjected to low-energy ball milling to prepare the foaming mixture to achieve the coating effect of Al powder on TiH_(2).The thermo-gravimetric analysis of the prepared foaming mixture was carried out.The results show that low-energy ball milling can reduce the size of TiH_(2)particles and make them evenly embedded in Al powders.The decomposition temperature of the foaming mixture is greater than that of TiH_(2)after pure pretreatment.The endothermic peak changes from a single peak at 410-550℃to a double peak at 480-560℃and 650-675℃;with the continuous increase of Al powders in the foaming mixture,the endothermic density of TiH_(2)keeps decreasing,while the endothermic density of Al powder keeps increasing.
