摘要
随着铝合金逐步应用于体育器材,对其使用性能要求越来越高。以Al-Cu-Mg预合金粉末为原料,采用真空热压烧结+热挤压+T6态热处理的工艺制备了Al-Cu-Mg合金,对其微观组织与性能进行研究。结果表明,热压烧结态Al-Cu-Mg合金存在较多的孔洞且在晶界处存在大量的微米级粗大析出相,所以此时其致密度和强塑韧性均较低。经过热挤压变形后,合金中孔洞数量明显降低,但此时微米级粗大析出相仍然存在且沿着热挤压方向呈现拉长状态。经过进一步T6热处理,微米级粗大析出相回溶到Al基体中,且析出了针状Al_(2)CuMg和片状Al_(2)Cu两种形态的纳米析出相,从而有利于Al-Cu-Mg合金性能的提升。因此T6热处理态Al-Cu-Mg合金的抗拉强度达到328 MPa,且保持较高的断裂伸长率,表现出较为优异的综合性能。
With the gradual application of aluminum alloy in sports equipment,the performance of aluminum alloy is becoming more and more demanding.The Al-Cu-Mg alloy was prepared from Al-Cu-Mg prealloyeds powders by vacuum hot pressing sintering hot extrusion T6 heat treatment process.The microstructure and properties of Al-Cu-Mg alloy were studied.The results show that the hot-pressed sintered Al-Cu-Mg alloys have some holes and micron-sized precipitated phases in the grain boundary,so the density,strength and ductility of Al-Cu-Mg alloy in this case is very low.After hot extrusion deformation,the number of holes in the alloy is obviously reduced.However,the micron-scale coarse precipitates still exist and are elongated along the direction of hot extrusion.After T6 heat treatment,the micron-size precipitated phases are basically redissolved into Al matrix,and the nanoparticles of needle-like Al_(2)CuMg and lamellar Al_(2)Cu are precipitated.As a result,it is beneficial to improve the properties of Al-Cu-Mg alloy.Therefore,the tensile strength of Al-Cu-Mg alloy in T6 heat treatment state reaches 328 MPa,and maintains a high elongation at fracture,showing relatively excellent comprehensive properties.
