摘要
随着很多民办高校开始大批量推进国际班教学,丰富完善质量管控策略,培育国际化人才队伍,成为新的趋势与任务。但是现阶段国际班教学还存在师资不足、国际教材缺乏、语言能力参差不齐、教学互动单一等问题。通过分析发现,探索合作办学新模式、探索学分互认新机制、配齐配强师资队伍与管理团队、构建教与学双循环机制及学生进退机制时解决这些问题的有效途径。
As many private colleges and universities begin to promote international class teaching in large quantities,it has become a new trend and task to enrich and improve quality control strategies and cultivate international talent team.However,there are still some problems in the current international class teaching,such as the shortage of teachers,the lack of international teaching materials,the uneven level of language ability,and the single teaching interaction.Through the analysis,it is found that the effective ways to solve these problems are to explore the new mode of cooperative school running,to explore the new mechanism of credit mutual recognition,to equip and strengthen the teaching staff and management team,to build the double cycle mechanism of teaching and learning,and the mechanism of students'advance and retreat.
