摘要
乳腺增生是雌激素与孕激素的比例失调以及部分特异性基因不同程度的表达所导致,临床表现以乳腺肿块和周期性乳房疼痛为主要症状的一种乳腺疾病。其发病率呈逐年升高趋势,且越来越年轻化,具有病程长,进展慢,易复发,可恶性变以及继发癌变等特点,严重影响患者的健康水平和生活质量,给社会和患者带来沉重的经济负担。近年来,中西医在治疗乳腺增生方面有了很大的突破。本文从研究乳腺增生的发病机制、治疗进展和乳腺增生治疗机制等方面对乳腺增生的临床治疗进行综述,以期更多人能对乳腺增生有所了解,帮助治疗乳腺增生,减少患者痛苦。
Mammary gland hyperplasia is caused by the imbalance of the ratio of estrogen and progesterone and the expression of some specific genes to varying degrees.The clinical manifestations are breast lumps and periodic breast pain as the main symptoms of a breast disease.Its incidence is increasing year by year,and it is getting younger and younger.It has the characteristics of long course of disease,slow progress,easy recurrence,malignant transformation and secondary cancer.It seriously affects the health level and quality of life of patients,and it is not only for society and patients.Bring a heavy economic burden.In recent years,Chinese and Western medicine has made great breakthroughs in the treatment of breast hyperplasia.This article reviews the clinical treatment of breast hyperplasia from the study of its pathogenesis,treatment progress,and treatment mechanism of breast hyperplasia,in the hope that more people can understand breast hyperplasia,help treat breast hyperplasia,and reduce the suffering of patients.
