摘要
以山西省建筑产业为研究对象,以推动建筑产业发展、打造山西特色建筑产业链为目标,采用投入产出理论分析方法,对山西建筑产业链的延伸路径进行研究。通过投入产出结构分析发现,由传统建筑产业向金属冶炼产业延伸、建筑业向金融业延伸、建筑业向煤炭采选业延伸均是适合山西省省情的产业链路径。通过波及效应分析发现,目前山西省建筑产业的发展水平较低,有着巨大发展空间。
In the paper,the construction industry of Shanxi Province is research object.Promoting the development of construction industry and creating the characteristic construction industry chain of Shanxi Province is the goal.Through the analysis of input-output structure,it is found that the industry chain from traditional construction industry to metal smelting industry,from construction industry to financial industry,and from construction industry to coal mining and dressing industry are all suitable for the situation of Shanxi Province.Through the analysis of ripple effect,it is found that the development level of construction industry in Shanxi Province is low,and there is a huge space for development.
