摘要
为解决生态水利工程中设计文件工程量清单出现的问题,提升生态水利工程工程量编制质量,某公司开展了关于降低生态水利工程工程量清单编制出错率的研究,探讨了PDCA循环法在生态水利工程量清单编制中的应用,提出了应用该管理模式进行质量控制,降低了清单编制出错率,提高了工作效率。
In order to solve the problems in the bill of quantities of design documents in ecological water conservancy engineering,improve the quality of quantities compiling of ecological water conservancy engineering,a company carried out a research on reducing the error rate of compiling of bill of quantities of ecological water conservancy engineering,discussed the application of PDCA cycle in compiling of bill of quantities of ecological water conservancy engineering,proposed the application of this management mode for quality control,reduced the error rate of compiling of bill and improved the work efficiency.
