摘要
新工科建设背景下,面对中国制造2025、数字经济和智能技术快速发展的机遇,“双一流”地方高校工程力学专业人才培养需要与时俱进。如何培养适应地方经济社会发展迫切需要的高素质拔尖创新人才,是工程力学专业面临的重大挑战。从新工科建设需要、目标定位、课程改革、赛学结合、科研发展、国际化等几个方面,阐述了对地方高校工程力学专业创新人才培养的关键问题的探索与实践,为推进工程力学专业拔尖创新人才培养模式改革、促进人才培养质量提高提供参考。
Under the background of Emerging Engineering Education,facing opportunities of the Made in China 2025,rapid development of digital economy and intelligent technology,the training of students majoring in engineering mechanics in local universities needs to keep pace with the times.How to cultivate high-quality innovative talents to meet the urgent needs of local economy and social development is a grand challenge for engineering mechanics majors.This paper expounds the exploration and practice of the key problems of innovative talents training of students majoring in engineering mechanics in local universities from the need perspective of emerging engineering education,goal orientation,curriculum reform,combination of competition and learning,scientific research development,internationalization and other aspects.The aim of the research is to provide a reference for promoting the reform of innovative talents training mode of Engineering Mechanics majors and improving the quality of talents training.
