摘要
本文针对五模块横向下浮筒式超大型浮式结构物,基于刚性模块柔性连接模型计算获得连接器的工作载荷和极限载荷,结合超大型浮体结构形式和连接器构型特点,设计并开展了柔性连接器结构极限强度模型试验,获得了连接器结构的失效模式和极限强度。试验结果表明该连接器设计合理、连接安全、结构可靠,为验证柔性连接器极限强度评估方法和优化柔性连接器设计方案提供了依据。
The working loads and the ultimate loads of the connectors for a five-module horizontal pontoon VLFS are calculated based on the rigid module flexible connector(RMFC)model.Combined with the structural characteristic of the VLFS and the connectors,the ultimate strength model test of a flexible connector is designed and carried out to obtain the results of structural failure mode and ultimate strength.The model experiment results show that the connectors are reasonable in design,safe in connection and reliable in structure,and can provide the basis for verifying the ultimate strength evaluation method of flexible connectors and optimizing the design scheme of flexible connectors.
