摘要
目的:观察腔内理疗联合养膜汤治疗肾气虚型薄型子宫内膜不孕症的临床疗效。方法:选取2019年12月—2020年12月于荣成市妇幼保健院治疗的肾气虚型薄型子宫内膜不孕症患者62例,采用随机数字表法分为治疗组和对照组,每组各31例,其中治疗组予以腔内理疗联合中药养膜汤+口服芬吗通(雌二醇片/雌二醇地屈孕酮片),对照组单纯口服芬吗通。连续用药3个月经周期,比较两组的子宫内膜厚度、分型,血清中雌二醇(E_(2))、孕酮(P)含量,中医证候积分以及临床妊娠率。结果:治疗后2组患者子宫内膜厚度及A型子宫内膜所占比例均高于治疗前(P<0.05),且治疗组均高于对照组(P<0.05);治疗后2组患者血清中E_(2)、P含量均高于治疗前(P<0.05),且治疗组高于对照组(P<0.05);治疗后治疗组的中医证候积分低于治疗前(P<0.05),还低于对照组(P<0.05);治疗后治疗组患者妊娠率高于为对照组(67.74% VS 29.03%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:腔内理疗联合中药养膜汤可明显改善肾气虚型薄型子宫内膜不孕症患者的临床症状,提高不孕患者血清中E_(2)、P激素含量和增加子宫内膜厚度,继而增加子宫内膜容受性,最终提高妊娠率。
Objective:To observe the clinical effect of intracavitary physiotherapy combined with Yangmo Decoction in the treatment of thin endometrial infertility due to kidney qi deficiency.Methods:A total of 62 patients with kidney-qi deficiency and thin endometrial infertility who were treated at Rongcheng Maternal and Child Health Hospital from December 2019 to December 2020 were divided into treatment group and control group by random number table.In 31 cases,the treatment group received intracavitary physiotherapy combined with traditional Chinese medicine Yangmo Decoction + oral fenmetone (estradiol tablets / estradiol dydrogesterone tablets),and the control group received fenmetone alone.The medication was administered for 3 consecutive menstrual cycles,and the endometrial thickness,type,serum estradiol (E_(2)),progesterone (P) content,TCM syndrome score,and clinical pregnancy rate were compared between the two groups.Results:After treatment,the endometrial thickness and the proportion of type A endometrial in the two groups were higher than those before treatment (P<0.05),and the treatment group was higher than the control group (P<0.05);after treatment,the two groups of patients Serum E_(2) and P levels were higher than before treatment (P<0.05),and the treatment group was higher than the control group (P<0.05);after treatment,the TCM syndrome score of the treatment group was lower than before treatment (P<0.05).Lower than the control group (P<0.05);after treatment,the pregnancy rate of patients in the treatment group was higher than that of the control group (67.74% VS 29.03%),and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).Conclusion:Intracavitary physiotherapy combined with traditional Chinese medicine Yangmo Decoction can significantly improve the clinical symptoms of patients with kidney-qi deficiency type thin endometrial infertility,increase the serum E_(2) and P hormone levels in infertile patients,increase the thickness of the endometrium,and then increase the intrauterine Membrane receptivity ultimately increases pregnancy rate.
