摘要
在已有研究文献所提出评价指标的基础之上,遵循指标数据可获得性原则,分理论与实证两个阶段,运用文献资料调研、专家调查、区分度检验等构建指标体系的方法构建了省级区域体育公共服务发展水平、经济发展水平评价指标体系;通过基于因子分析的综合评价方法对我国31个省域2017年体育公共服务发展水平、经济发展水平进行评价,在此基础上运用隶属函数协调发展评价模型对31个省域2017年体育公共服务与经济协调发展状况进行评价,评价结果:8个协调、3个基本协调、7个弱协调和13个微协调。在20个弱协调和微协调的省域中,有11个省域的体育公共服务发展水平低于其经济发展水平对体育公共服务发展水平的要求,有9个省域的体育公共服务发展水平超过其经济发展水平对体育公共服务发展水平的要求。同时,提出了促进体育公共服务与经济协调发展的对策。
Based on the relevant research results and available index data,following the basic principle of index system construction,this study used various methods of constructing index system to construct an evaluation index system for provincial sports public service development level and economic development level.A comprehensive evaluation method based on factor analysis was used to assess the sports public service development level and economic develop‐ment level of 31 provinces in 2017.According to that,the method of membership function coor‐dination development evaluation model was used to evaluate the coordinated development state between sports public service and economy of 31 provinces in 2017.The evaluation results showed that 8 provinces had a good coordination level,and 3 provinces had a basically good level,while 7 provinces had a weak coordination level and 13 provinces had a poor coordina‐tion level,which suggested that in 20 provinces with a weak and poor coordination level,the sports public service development level of 11 provinces lagged behind the demand of its eco‐nomic development level for it,while the sports public service development level of 9 provinces exceeded the demand of their economic development level for it.Meanwhile,the countermea‐sures to promote the coordinated development of sports public service and economy were put forward.
