摘要
为培养学员灵活运用多元思维研究解决管理现实问题能力,实现向"管为战"聚焦,首先分析了雷达兵部队管理课程教学现状,然后探讨了跨学科思维启发式教学的内涵与该教学模式的构建,最后从知识点解构、交叉点融合、契合点呈现和价值点反思四个方面给出了课程教学的实施方法和实例.教学实践表明,运用该教学方法能够有效提高形成性评价成绩.这为下一步运用到管理类其他课程教学提供了有益参考.
In order to cultivate cadets’ability to flexibly use plural thinking to study and solve practical problems in management,and achieve the focus on"management for war",this article firstly analyzes the current situation of the teaching of the Radar Troops Management course,and then discusses the connotation of heuristic teaching of interdisciplinary thinking and the construction of this teaching mode.Finally,the article gives the implementation methods and examples of course teaching from four aspects:knowledge point deconstruction,intersection fusion,coincidence point presentation and value reflection.The teaching practice shows that using this teaching method can effectively improve the results of formative assessment.This also provides a useful reference for the future application to the teaching of other management courses.
