摘要
为了研究交叉跑道目视条件下航空器的碰撞风险,引入基于位置误差碰撞风险模型,同时将目视条件作为影响因素,从侧向和纵向来分析在跑道上两航空器之间的碰撞风险。其中运用基于位置误差模型定义一个敏感区,在此敏感区内对航空器在转弯时的纵向和侧向碰撞风险进行评估。以成都天府机场为例,计算在交叉跑道目视条件下飞机的碰撞风险,将计算结果与实际安全目标水平值对比。结果表明,利用位置误差模型计算出的碰撞风险符合国际民航组织规定的航空器空中碰撞概率规定值,满足飞行安全要求。该结论为实施目视条件下的交叉跑道机场提供了一定的数据论证。
In order to study the risk between two aircrafts taking off and landing on intersecting runways based on visual separation,the position error collision model was established,and the visual error as the influence factor was made to analyze the collision risk from the lateral and longitudinal directions.Among them,a position-based error model is used to define a sensitive area,in which the longitudinal and lateral collision risks of the aircraft during a turn are evaluated.Taking Chengdu Tianfu Airport as an example,it calculates the collision risk between two aircrafts taking off and landing on intersecting runway based on visual flight,then compares the calculation results with the actual safety target value.The calculation results show that the results calculated by the position error model conform to the specified value of the aircraft air collision probability specified by ICAO,which meets the flight safety requirement.So,this conclusion provides a certain amount of data basis for intersecting runways which are using visual flight at the same time.
