摘要
路面加速加载实验系统,能够在相对较短的时间里能够获取到实际行车载荷对路面的长期破坏效果,数据有效,可靠,能比较真实的模拟实际交通荷载对路面结构的破坏。本文对路面加速加载设备的转向系统进行设计,并用UG建立三维模型、对关键零部件进行了有限元分析。通过一系列的分析计算,本文设计的转向系统可以在路面加速加载设备上得到较好应用。
The pavement accelerated loading experimental system can obtain the long-term damage effect of the actual traffic load on the pavement in a relatively short time.The data are effective and reliable,and can truly simulate the damage of the actual traffic load to the pavement structure.In this paper,the steering system of pavement acceleration loading equipment is designed,the three-dimensional model is established with UG,and the key parts are analyzed by finite element method.Through a series of analysis and calculation,the steering system designed in this paper can be better applied to the road acceleration loading equipment.
