基于方向盘注塑模在UG中设计与制造的应用研究 被引量:2

摘要 文中通过对某一款玩具汽车的方向盘产品运用UG软件中的CAD模块设计构建产品数字模型,利用CAE功能分析其产品设计的可行性,然后再用注塑模设计模块和CAM模块完成其模具型腔和型芯分型设计和自动编程加工制造,全过程实现了参数化和无纸化。为了验证其加工程序可靠性和安全性,文中结合VERICUT虚拟仿真加工技术,完成对其NC程序进行优化、过切,机床碰撞、超程等错误检查,相比于传统加工方案,该方案耗时减少了35%、准确性提高了12%以上。 This article uses the CAD module design in the UG software to construct a product digital model for a toy car steering wheel product,employs the CAE function to analyze the feasibility of its product design,and then applies the injection mold design module and the CAM module to complete the mold cavity and the core parting design and automatic programming processing and manufacturing,the whole process is parametric and paperless.In order to verify the reliability and safety of its processing program,this paper utilizes the VERICUT virtual simulation processing technology to complete its NC program optimization,over-cutting,machine tool collision,overtravel and other error checks.Compared with traditional processing programs,time consuming of this program is reduced by 35%and accuracy is improved by more than 12%.
