摘要
目的建立科学有效的医学装备保障体系和管理措施,延长设备使用周期,进行在用磁共振成像设备可靠性分析和改进。方法通过故障模式、影响和危害分析技术对在用磁共振成像设备进行分析,并结合专家咨询法和层次分析法改进风险优先数。结果本文建立了在用磁共振成像设备危害度评价模型,利用改进的风险优先系数评价方法得出在用磁共振成像设备的故障风险排序。结论通过前瞻性的考虑磁共振临床使用过程中各类风险的不确定性及其对磁共振设备的影响,制定行之有效的应对措施,为医院在运营和决策中有效应对磁共振设备临床使用过程中各类突发事件和风险提供支持和保障。促使医院配置资源、优化过程、及时恰当、有效地应对风险,提高风险应对的效率和效果。
Objective Establish scientific and effective medical equipment support system and management measures,extend the equipment service cycle,carry out reliability analysis and improvement of in-use Magnetic resonance imaging equipment.Methods Failure mode effects and criticality analysis was used to analyze the in-use MRI equipment,and the expert consultation method and analytic hierarchy process were combined to improve the risk priority number.Results The hazard degree evaluation model of in-use MRI equipment was established,and the fault risk ranking of in-use MRI equipment was obtained by using the improved risk priority coefficient evaluation method.Conclusion By prospectively considering the uncertainties of all kinds of risks in the clinical use of magnetic resonance equipment and its influences on magnetic resonance equipment,effective countermeasures are developed to provide support and guarantee for hospitals to effectively deal with all kinds of emergencies and risks in the clinical use of magnetic resonance equipment in the operation and decision-making.To promote the hospital allocation of resources,optimize the process,timely and appropriate,effective response to risk,improve the efficiency and effect of risk response.
