摘要
汕头苏埃海湾通道工程为市政公路隧道,盾构段设计为2条单洞隧道,采用2台直径15m常压刀盘超大直径泥水盾构施工,穿越地层主要为淤泥、淤泥质土、粉质黏土、全风化花岗岩孤石和微风化花岗岩基岩。针对超大直径泥水盾构穿越不同地层面临的刀盘结泥饼、刀具脱落、刀座后退等问题,通过采取优化刀具配置、调整掘进参数和针对性的刀具保护措施,总结出不同地层条件下刀具配置方案及与其相适应的掘进参数设置。
Shantou Suai Bay Channel project is a municipal highway tunnel. The shield section is designed as two single tunnel tunnels, which are constructed by two 15 m diameter super large diameter slurry shields with atmospheric pressure cutterhead, the crossing stratum is mainly silt, mucky soil, silty clay, completely weathered granite boulder and slightly weathered granite bedrock. In view of the problems faced by the super large diameter slurry shield crossing different stratum, such as mud cake formation of the cutterhead, tool falling off, cutter seat retreat and so on. By optimizing tool configuration, adjusting tunneling parameters and targeted tool protection measures, the cutter configuration scheme and corresponding excavation parameters setting under different formation conditions are summarized.
