摘要
非民族地区少数民族大学生是少数民族中的“少数”。以铜陵学院2012-2018年就业数据为资料,管窥这一少数群体的就业去向特点,结果发现,该群体就业状况总体稳定,未见突出的就业困难。在身份因素(民族、生源、性别)对就业的影响上,民族因素的影响不可一概而论,“少数民族就业难”要视情况分析;生源因素在发生作用,回乡就业的择业倾向较明显;性别因素对就业的影响并不显著,这与民族地区少数民族大学生就业特点有所不同。
Minority college students in non-ethnic areas are“minority”among ethnic minorities.Using the employment data of Tongling University graduates from 2012 to 2018 to analyze the employment characteristics of this minority group,it was found that the employment situation of this group was generally stable and there was no outstanding employment difficulty.As to the influence of identity factors(ethnicity,birthplace,and gender)on employment,the influence of ethnic factor should not be simply generalized,and the conclusion that“minorities will suffer employment difficulties”should be analyzed according to the situation;birth place played a role,and the career preference ofreturning to birth place was obvious;the influence of gender factor was not significant,which was different from the employment characteristics of minority college students in ethnic areas.
