摘要
采用了OMATIVE自适应控制系统,对加工过程中的刀具、工件、机床进行保护,实现“恒负载、变进给”切削,解决了难加工材料的钛合金,数控加工环节中的安全、质量、效率等问题。
The automatic adaptive control system was adopted to protect the cutting tools, workpieces and machine tools in the machining process. The constant load and variable feed cutting were realized. The problems of titanium alloy of difficult materials and safety, quality and efficiency were solved in NC machining.
