摘要
中国正加快构建新发展格局,对人才和创新的需求不断加大。基于西部地区城市面板数据分析创新与高端服务业人才集聚的互动关系及其对经济增长的影响,结果表明:在城市经济系统中,创新与高端服务业人才集聚存在相互促进的互动关系,且两者分别直接及通过对方间接正向作用于经济增长,即创新与高端服务业人才集聚在促进经济增长过程中存在共轭效应。总体来说,创新与高端服务业人才集聚的相互影响程度、协调一致程度对经济增长都存在影响,相对而言两者协调一致的程度对经济增长的意义更为关键。为更好地发挥创新和高端服务业人才集聚对经济的推动作用,城市应结合自身产业特征和产业升级需要统筹引才聚才和科技创新思路,注重两者的协同发展,保障及放大创新和高端服务业人才集聚在城市经济增长中的积极影响。
As China enters a stage of high-quality economic development,the need for talent and innovation is growing.Based on the panel data of cities in western China,the interactive relationship between innovation and high-end service industry talent agglomeration and its impact on economic growth are analyzed.The results show that:In the urban economic system,innovation and high-end service industry talent agglomeration have an interactive relationship to promote each other,and they have a positive effect on economic growth directly and indirectly through each other,that is,innovation and high-end service industry talent agglomeration have a conjugate effect in the process of promoting economic growth.In general,the degree of interaction and coordination between innovation and high-end service industry talent agglomeration have an impact on economic growth,and the degree of coordination between them is more critical to economic growth.In order to give full play to the role of innovation and high-end service industry talent agglomeration and promote the economy,cities should combine their own industrial characteristics and industrial upgrading needs to coordinate the idea of talent aggregation and scientific and technological innovation,pay attention to the coordinated development of the two,and ensure and amplify the positive impact of innovation and high-end service industry talent agglomeration on urban economic growth.
