摘要
钙池操纵性钙内流(store-operated Ca^(2+) entry,SOCE)是由基质相互作用分子(stromalinteraction molecules,STIM)、钙释放激活钙通道蛋白(calcium release-activated calcium channel modulator,Orai)介导的细胞外Ca^(2+)内流过程,在钙库亏空时激活,对骨骼肌生理功能维持具有重要作用。运动通过重塑肌浆网与横小管结构对SOCE进程产生影响,是提高骨骼肌抗疲劳能力的关键。本文将以骨骼肌SOCE进程为核心,梳理该进程的分子机制及其在骨骼肌机能维持与失常中的作用,探讨运动干预对骨骼肌SOCE进程的影响,为进一步探索骨骼肌收缩、舒张机制,提高运动能力提供新思路。
Store-operated Ca^(2+) entry(SOCE)is an extracellular Ca^(2+) inflow process mediated by STIM and Orai,which is activated by calcium store depletion.SOCE is important for the maintenance of skeletal muscle physiological function.Exercise affects the SOCE process by remodeling sarcoplasmic reticulum and transverse tubules,which is the key to decrease susceptibility to fatigue.This review will focus on SOCE in skeletal muscle,sort out the molecular mechanism of this process and its role in the maintenance and abnormality of skeletal muscle function,and explore the influence of exercise on SOCE in skeletal muscle,providing new insights into skeletal muscle contraction and relaxation mechanisms.
