摘要
为了解抗菌肽作为饲料添加剂对加州鲈鱼生长性能的影响,本试验主要以加州鲈鱼为研究对象,在加州鲈鱼饲料中添加抗菌肽,选用健康无病的加州鲈鱼,随机分为5组,分别在加州鲈鱼基础饲料中添加0、80、120、160、200 mg/kg抗菌肽,饲养周期为8周,分别对加州鲈鱼的增重率、特定生长率、饵料系数、存活率、肝体比、脏体比和肥满度,粗蛋白质,灰分,脂肪及水分进行分析,结果表明:加州鲈鱼饲料中添加一定量的抗菌肽显著提高加州鲈鱼的增重率、特定生长率、饵料系数与存活率。在试验组3中,加州鲈鱼增重率显著上升,达到最高水平(477.28%),显著高于其他各组的增重率(P<0.05),试验组2和试验组3中加州鲈鱼的增重率显著高于对照组(P<0.05);在试验组2中,加州鲈鱼特定增长率显著升高,明显高于其他各组(P<0.05)。饲料中抗菌肽添加量为160 mg/kg,将会促进加州鲈鱼增重率及特定生长率,降低饵料系数,促进加州鲈鱼的生长,提高饲料利用效率。饲料中抗菌肽的添加量为200 mg/kg,将会对鱼类肝体比和脏体比有显著影响;结果表示在饲料中添加一定量的抗菌肽能显著提高加州鲈鱼粗蛋白质、水分和粗灰分含量,降低加州鲈的粗脂肪含量。综合各类指标分析,加州鲈鱼中饲料添加量为160 mg/kg为宜。
In order to understand the effect of antimicrobial peptides as feed additives on the growth performance of Californian sea bass,this experiment was conducted mainly on Californian sea bass,in which a healthy and disease-free population of Californian sea bass was selected and randomly divided into five groups,and the concentrations of 0,80,120,160 and 200 mg/kg of antimicrobial peptides were added to the basic feed of Californian sea bass for 8 weeks.The results showed that the addition of antimicrobial peptide to the diet of Californian sea bass significantly increased the weight gain,specific growth rate,bait factor and survival rate,liver-to-body ratio,organ-to-body ratio and fatness,crude protein,ash,fat and moisture content of Californian sea bass.In Experimental Group 3,the weight gain rate of Californian perch increased significantly to the highest leve(l 477.28%),which was significantly higher than the weight gain rate of other group(s P<0.05),and the weight gain rate of Californian perch in Experimental Group 2 and Experimental Group 3 was significantly higher than the control group(P<0.05).The addition of 160mg/kg of antimicrobial peptide in the feed will promote the weight gain rate and specific growth rate of Californian sea bass,reduce the bait coefficient,promote the growth of Californian sea bass and improve the efficiency of feed utilization.The addition of 200 mg/kg of antimicrobial peptide in the feed will have a significant effect on the liver-to-body ratio and dirty-to-body ratio of the fish,but not on the fatness;the addition of a certain amount of antimicrobial peptide in the feed can significantly increase the crude protein,moisture and crude ash content of California perch,and reduce the crude fat content of California perch.The addition of a certain amount of antimicrobial peptide to the feed significantly increased the crude protein,moisture and ash content of Californian sea bass and reduced the crude fat content of Californian sea bass.
