稻谷替代玉米补充植酸酶对肉鸡生长性能、组织器官发育及氮磷代谢的影响 被引量:5

摘要 文章旨在探讨稻谷型日粮补充植酸酶对肉鸡生长性能、组织器官发育及氮磷代谢的影响。试验选择1200只平均体重为55.88 g的1日龄肉仔鸡,根据体重随机分为4组,每组6个重复,每个重复50只。在整个试验期,T1~T4组肉鸡分别饲喂玉米型日粮、玉米型日粮+100 mg/kg植酸酶、稻谷型日粮和稻谷型日粮+100 mg/kg植酸酶。结果:T3和T4组肉鸡21和42 d体重及1~42 d平均日增重显著高于T1组(P<0.05),同时T3和T4组肉鸡22~42 d平均日增重均显著高于T1和T2组(P<0.05)。T3组肉鸡22~42 d平均日采食量较T1组显著提高3.44%(P<0.05)。T4组肉鸡肝脏相对重量较T1和T2组分别显著提高12.61%和9.39%(P<0.05),而T3组肉鸡腿肌和胸肌相对重量较T1和T2组分别显著提高6.71%、4.33%和14.42%、14.14%(P<0.05)。此外,T4组肉鸡腹脂相对重量较T1和T2组分别显著提高57.98%和56.88%(P<0.05)。T3组肉鸡氮沉积量较T1组显著提高14.58%(P<0.05),而T3组磷沉积量较T2组显著提高11.49%(P<0.05)。结论:在本试验条件下,稻谷型日粮可以改善肉仔鸡生长性能,影响氮代谢,促进蛋白质沉积,但稻谷型日粮补充植酸酶对肉鸡的组织器官发育及氮磷沉积的效果高于玉米型日粮。 The purpose of this experiment was to investigate the effects of phytase supplementation with rice-type diet on growth performance,tissue and organ development and nitrogen and phosphorus metabolism of broilers.A total of 12001-d broilers with an average body weight of 55.88 g were randomly divided into 4 groups with 6 replicates per group and 50 broilers per replicate according to body weight.Broilers in T1~T4 groups were fed corn-type diet,corn-type diet+100 mg/kg phytase,rice-type diet and rice-type diet+100 mg/kg phytase,respectively.Results:The body weight of broilers in T3 and T4 groups on 21 and 42 d and the average daily gain from 1 to 42 d were significantly higher than those in T1 group(P<0.05),while the average daily gain of broilers in T3 and T4 groups on 22 to 42 d was significantly higher than that in T1 and T2 groups(P<0.05).The average daily feed intake of broilers in T3 group during 22~42 days was significantly increased by 3.44%compared with that in T1 group(P<0.05).Compared with T1 and T2 groups,the relative weight of liver of broilers in T4 group was significantly increased by 12.61%and 9.39%(P<0.05),respectively,while the relative weight of leg muscle and chest muscle in T3 group was significantly increased by 6.71%,4.33%and 14.42%,14.14%(P<0.05).In addition,compared with T1 and T2 groups,the relative weight of abdominal fat in T4 group was significantly increased by 57.98%and 56.88%(P<0.05),respectively.Compared with T1 group,nitrogen deposition in T3 group was significantly increased by 14.58%(P<0.05),while phosphorus deposition in T3 group was significantly increased by 11.49%(P<0.05)compared with T2 group.Conclusions:Under the experimental conditions of this study,rice-type diet can improve the growth performance of broilers,affect nitrogen metabolism and promote protein deposition,but the effect of rice-type diet supplementation with phytase on tissue and organ development and nitrogen and phosphorus deposition of broilers is higher than that of corn-type diet.
