摘要
本文利用气相色谱法检测了农家自酿水果蒸馏酒常温储存前后甲醇含量,并对其进行了分析。在给定色谱条件下,甲醇保留时间为5.386 min,内标叔戊醇保留时间为7.984 min,在102.6~1026.0 mg·L^(-1)范围内有良好的线性关系,R^(2)=0.999,样品加标回收率为90.7%~108.5%,相对标准偏差(RSD)为0.11%~0.22%。24批次农家自酿蒸馏酒经检测,水果蒸馏酒甲醇检出率100%,超标率55%,结果表明农家自酿水果蒸馏酒极易产生甲醇,且甲醇超标的可能性较大,经储存后甲醇含量没有明显增大或减少。
In this paper,the content of methanol in home-made fruit distilled wine before and after storage at room temperature was determined by gas chromatography and analyzed.Under the given chromatographic conditions,The retention time of methanol was 5.386 min,the retention time of internal standard tert-amyl alcohol was 7.984 min.There was a good linear relationship between 102.6 mg·L^(-1) and 1026.0 mg·L^(-1).R^(2)=0.999.The recoveries of different levels were 90.7%~108.5%.The relative standard deviation(RSD)was 0.11%~0.22%.Under this chromatographic condition,The results showed that it was very easy to produce methanol in home-made fruit distilled wine,and it was more likely that methanol exceeded the standard.The methanol content did not increase or decrease significantly after storage.
