摘要
目的采用引文空间(Cite Space)知识图谱可视化软件对2015—2020年糖尿病皮肤溃疡的国内文献进行可视化分析,探讨国内糖尿病皮肤溃疡的研究热点及未来研究趋势。方法检索中国知网中文数据库2015年1月1日至2020年11月1日的相关文献,通过对研究机构、作者及研究主题等数据分析国内治疗糖尿病皮肤溃疡领域的研究现状。结果共纳入2342篇相关文献,在150家研究机构和720位发文作者中,发文量较多的作者分别为柳国斌、唐乾利、冉兴无、刘明和李杰辉;研究机构主要位于北京、上海和天津。关键词共现图谱中共包括391个关键词,聚类分析将关键词分为20个大类。硫辛酸、富血小板血浆、氧化应激、康复新液为糖尿病皮肤溃疡领域当前的研究热点。结论糖尿病皮肤溃疡领域的研究日趋深入,研究热点层出不穷,但相关研究团队和机构之间的合作仍需进一步加强。
Objective To visualize the domestic literatures of diabetic cutaneous ulcers from 2015 to 2020 by using Cite Space knowledge map,and explore the research hotspots and future research trends of diabetic cutaneous ulcers in China.Method Chinese database China National Knowledge Infrastructure(CNKI)was retrieved from January 1,2015 to November 1,2020,and the current research status of the treatment about diabetic cutaneous ulcers in China was analyzed based on the data of institutions,authors and keywords.Result 2342 relevant literatures were included.Among 150 research institutions and 720 authors,the authors with top papers were Liu Guobin,Tang Qianli,Ran Xingwu,Liu Ming and Li Jiehui;the research institutes were mainly located in Beijing,Shanghai and Tianjin.There were 391 keywords in the keyword co-occurrence map,and the keywords were divided into 20 categories by cluster analysis.Lipoic acid,autologous platelet-rich gel,oxidative stress and Kangfuxin solution were the current research hotspots in the field of diabetic skin ulcer.Conclusion The research in diabetic cutaneous ulcers is more and more in-depth,and the hot spots appear successively,but the cooperation between research teams and institutions still needs to be further strengthened.
