测量不确定度在电能表现场检验中的应用

摘要 为准确评估电能表实负荷测试中的计量误差,本文根据电能表现场校验仪的工作原理和测量不确定度评定方法,分析电能表现场检验进行电流采样时,直接测量和钳表测量方式下测量不确定度对电能表现场检验误差的影响。通过对基于直接测量法和钳表法的电能表现场检验案例进行分析,得出以下结论:对于0.5(S)级及以上等级电能表,直接测量时,扩展不确定度小于1/3最大允许误差,电能表实负荷测试时电能表误差值无需考虑测量不确定度的影响;钳形表测量时,由于扩展不确定度大于1/3最大允许误差,电能表实负荷测试时电能表误差值应考虑测量不确定度的影响。 In order to accurately evaluate the electric energy meter measurement error in real load test,according to the electric energy meter working principle and the measurement uncertainty evaluation,this paper analyzes the influence of uncertainty of direct measurement and clamp measurement on the error of electric energy meter field inspection.Through the analysis of the electric energy meter field test cases based on the direct measurement method and the clamp meter method,the following conclusions are drawn.The error of electric energy meter for class 0.5(S)and above field inspection does not need to consider the influence of measurement uncertainty because the expanded uncertainty is less than 1/3 of the maximum allowable error in direct measurement.When the error measured with clamp,the error of the meter should be considered because the expanded uncertainty is greater than 1/3 of the maximum allowable error.
