摘要
本文基于湘、鄂、鲁、黑4省调查数据,运用选择实验法比较了大规模、中等规模和小规模生猪养殖主体对制度激励型碳减排政策组合方案的偏好,并通过构建mixed Logit模型分析了生猪养殖主体选择不同制度激励型碳减排政策组合方案的影响因素。研究结果表明:在方案属性上,生猪养殖主体更加偏好含贷款优惠、公开表扬或减碳补贴的碳减排政策组合方案;养殖规模越大,生猪养殖主体越倾向于选择碳减排政策组合方案,而减碳补贴会提升生猪养殖主体对碳减排政策组合方案的偏好,且这种提升作用会随着养殖规模的扩大而愈显明显;性别、年龄、现有生猪粪污处理方式、养殖主体对其行业地位的认知以及对环保技术的了解程度这5个因素显著影响(不同规模)生猪养殖主体对制度激励型碳减排政策组合方案的选择偏好。
Taking the four provinces of Hunan province,Hubei,Shandong,and Heilongjiang as survey areas,this paper compared the preference of pig producers to different carbon emission reduction institution-drive-policy combinations by using the selection experiment method,and analyzed the influencing factors of pig producers choosing different carbon emission reduction institution-drive-policy combinations by constructing a mixed Logit model.Results show that pig producers prefer combinations of preferential loans,public praise,or carbon reduction subsidies in terms of policy scheme attributes.The larger the scale of pig breeding,the more likely they are to choose carbon emission reduction policies.Carbon reduction subsidies will significantly increase the tendency of pig producers to choose carbon emission reduction policy combinations,and with the expansion of the breeding scale,this tendency will be affected more obviously.Five factors,such as interviewees’gender and age,current pig manure disposal methods,the position in the industry,the comprehension degree of environmental protection technology,have significant impacts on the preference of carbon emission reduction institution-drive-policy combinations of pig breeding subjects.
