摘要
开放型经济既是我国建立社会主义市场经济的必然要求,同时也是经济发展的内在需求。经过40多年的改革开放,中国在建设开放型经济体制方面已探索出一条自己的道路。基于广西自贸试验区的实际发展情况,从推动国际产业合作制度创新、外商投资与对外合作、技术引进与科技交流、进出口货物贸易发展、现代服务业创新发展等五个方面出发,分析广西自贸试验区的发展现状。同时,围绕广西自贸试验区开放型经济存在的主要问题,借鉴新加坡、上海、海南等三个较为典型的自贸试验区(港)的先进经验,对广西自贸试验区开放型经济创新路径展开思考,并提出完善投资制度、优化贸易结构、加大金融开放、加强科技创新、完善引才制度等相关的对策建议,致力于创新广西自贸试验区国际产业合作,推动开放型经济的发展。
An open economy is not only an inevitable requirement for China to establish a socialist market economy,but also an internal demand for economic development.After more than 40 years of reform and opening-up,China has explored its own path in building an open economy.Based on the actual development,the study analyzes the development status of Guangxi Pilot Free Trade Zone from five aspects:promoting the innovation of international industrial cooperation system,foreign investment and foreign cooperation,technology introduction and scientific and technological exchange,the development of import and export goods trade,and the innovation and development of modern service industry.Meanwhile,focusing on the main problems in the open economy of Guangxi Pilot Free Trade Zone,and drawing lessons from the advanced experience of three typical pilot free trade zones(ports),such as Singapore,Shanghai and Hainan,the innovation path of the open economy of Guangxi Pilot Free Trade Zone is considered.And the study puts forward to improve the investment system,optimize the trade structure,increase financial opening,strengthen scientific and technological innovation,improve the talent system and other relevant countermeasures and suggestions,committed to innovation of Guangxi Pilot Free Trade Zone international industrial cooperation,promote the development of open economy.
