摘要
高等职业教育发展面临的外部环境正日益改善,接受高等职业教育并成为职业人才已是众多学生的选择之一。新形势下,高等职业教育面临人才培养环境有待改善、人才培养质量有待提高、人才发展出路有待拓展以及人才社会认可有待加强等现实困难和挑战,一定程度上制约了高等职业教育吸引力的形成和增强。增强新形势下高等职业教育吸引力对推动高等教育结构优化、培养优质应用技术人才、实现职业教育提质增效以及促进经济高质量发展具有重要的时代意义和现实价值。为此,应探索增强高等职业教育吸引力的路径:一是优化办学环境,打造包容性的人才培养文化;二是树立质量观念,设计应用型人才培养方案;三是深化产教融合,精准开拓人才就业市场;四是强化宣传教育,形成发展性人才培养共识。
The external environment facing the development of higher vocational education is improving day by day.Accepting higher vocational education and becoming a professional talent is one of the choices of many students.Under the new situation,higher vocational education is faced with practical difficulties and challenges such as the internal talent training environment needs to be improved,the quality of talent training needs to be improved,the development of external talents needs to be expanded,and the social recognition of external talents needs to be enhanced,which restricts higher vocational education to a certain extent.The formation and enhancement of attractiveness,and enhancing the attractiveness of higher vocational education under the new situation has important significance and reality for promoting the optimization of higher education structure,cultivating high-quality applied technical talents,realizing the quality and efficiency of vocational education,and promoting high-quality economic development value.Therefore,it is necessary to enhance the attractiveness of higher vocational education:first,optimize the school environment and create an inclusive talent training culture;second,establish a quality concept and design application-oriented talent training programs;third,deepen production Integrate education and open up a precise employment market for talents;fourth,strengthen publicity and education,and form a consensus on developmental talent training.
