摘要
焊接作业在熔焊过程中会产生大量的金属粉尘,这些粉尘在空气中以气凝胶形式存在,严重影响环境。同时,该粉尘属于易吸入物质,对人体的呼吸系统、皮肤、眼血等都有一定的危害,严重影响作业人员健康。本文以实际厂房焊烟治理项目为对象,研究高大厂房焊烟治理系统气流组织形式。借助气流组织仿真模拟计算并验证除尘系统管道布置的合理性。同时通过不同断面处的仿真数据,找寻烟尘治理盲区,以此确定最佳的气流组织形式,为项目设计提供参考依据。
During welding operation,a large amount of metal dust is generated during the fusion welding process.These dusts exist in the air in the form of aerogel,which seriously affects the environment.At the same time,the dust is an easily inhaled substance,which is harmful to the human respiratory system,skin,eye blood,etc.,and seriously affect the health of workers.This article takes the actual workshop welding fume treatment project as the object,and studies the airflow organization form of the welding fume treatment system of tall workshops.Calculate and verify the rationality of the piping layout of the dust removal system with the aid of airflow simulation.At the same time,through the simulation data at different cross-sections,the blind spots of smoke and dust control are found,so as to determine the best air flow organization form and provide a reference for project design.
