摘要
极地、沙漠、海洋等恶劣环境给新建管道提出更高要求,大口径、高压力、高钢级成为长输管道发展方向。输气管道断裂会造成灾难后果,输气管道延性断裂是研究热点问题。介绍了典型的管道延性断裂控制模型,以及在预测高钢级管道断裂韧性的局限性。以西气东输二线为例,阐述了根据Battelle双曲线模型、国外管道爆破试验数据库和经济安全原则,确定X80管线钢管断裂韧性指标。总结研究路线成果可为新建大型输气管道工程提供借鉴。
The harsh environment such as polar,desert and ocean put forward higher requirements for new pipelines.Large diameter,high pressure and high steel grade have become the development trend of long distance pipeline.The fracture of gas pipeline will cause disaster consequences.The ductile fracture of gas pipeline is a hot issue.The paper introduces the typical ductile fracture control model of pipeline and the limitation of predicting the fracture toughness of high grade steel pipe.Taking NO.2 West to East gas pipeline as an example,the fracture toughness index of X80 pipeline steel pipe is determined according to Battelle hyperbolic model,foreign pipeline blasting test database and economic safety principle.The summary of the research route results can provide reference for the construction of large-scale gas pipeline project.
