摘要
EB病毒相关性噬血细胞综合征(EBV-AHS)是临床上罕见的一种综合征,该疾病以持续发热、肝脾大、全血细胞减少、脏器功能衰竭为主要特点,预后凶险,病死率高。本文就1例EBV-AHS死亡患儿的临床资料进行回顾性分析总结,并进行文献复习。
Epstein-Barr virus associated hemophagocytic syndrome(EBV-AHS)is a rare clinical syndrome.The disease is characterized by persistent fever,hepatosplenomegaly,pancytopenia and organ failure.The prognosis is dangerous and the mortality is high.The clinical data of a child die from EBV-AHS were retrospectively analyzed and summarized,and the literature was reviewed.
