摘要
葛根芩连汤用于太阳阳明合病之下利不止、里急后重、喘而汗出等表邪未解、里热下迫之证,现多用于诸病有湿热下利之证。对于大肠癌湿热证患者而言,葛根芩连汤更是展现出其独有的优势。大肠癌患者若出现湿热性下利难止之状,西医止泻治法疗效不佳且有其不良反应,葛根芩连汤随证加减辨证施治则会有意想不到之效。但对于此经方为基础用于治疗大肠癌的作用机制尚未完善,笔者通过阅读各种文献,略加整理,简明阐述。
The Gegen Qinlian decoction(葛根芩连汤) is now mostly used for treating damp-heat type diarrhea,and shows better curative effect.At present,the mechanism of the Gegen Qinlian decoction in the treatment of colorectal cancer is not yet perfect.Based on related literature,the author elaborated the mechanism of the Gegen Qinlian decoction on colorectal cancer with damp-heat syndrome.
