摘要
目的探讨手术与非手术治疗对老年股骨粗隆间骨折(FIHF)患者的焦虑抑郁情绪的影响。方法选取本院2019年10月~2020年10月住院接受防旋股骨近端髓内钉(PFNA)手术治疗的49例老年FIHF患者作为观察组,同时选取一般资料相匹配的非手术治疗的49例老年FIHF患者作为对照组。观察比较两组患者的治疗优良率、并发症发生率、住院时间、骨折愈合时间,及治疗前后的Harris评分、焦虑自评量表(SAS)评分和抑郁自评量表(SDS)评分。结果观察组患者的治疗优良率(95.92%)高于对照组(71.43%)(P<0.05);观察组患者治疗后Harris评分高于对照组,SAS评分和SDS评分低于对照组;观察组患者并发症总发生率(4.08%)低于对照组(18.37%)(P<0.05);观察组患者住院时间和骨折愈合时间均短于对照组(P<0.05)。结论PFNA手术可有效改善老年FIHF患者髋关节功能,降低并发症发生率,缩短骨折愈合及治疗时间,且患者心理压力较轻,值得临床中推广应用。
Objective To analyze the effect of surgical and nonsurgical treatment on negative emotion in elderly patients with intertrochanteric fracture of femur(FIHF).Methods A total of 49 elderly FIHF patients who were admitted to our hospital from October 2019 to October 2020 and received anti-rotation proximal femoral intramedullary nail(PFNA)surgery were selected as the observation group,and 49 elderly FIHF patients who received non-surgical treatment with general information matching were selected as the control group.The rate of excellent treatment,the incidence of complications,the length of hospital stay,the fracture healing time,Harris score,self-rating anxiety scale(SAS)score and self-rating depression scale(SDS)score before and after treatment between two groups were compared.Results The excellent treatment rate in the observation group(95.92%)was higher than that in the control group(71.43%)(P<0.05).After treatment,Harris score in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,SAS score and SDS score in the observation group were lower than that in the control group.The total incidence of complications in the observation group(4.08%)was lower than that in the control group(18.37%)(P<0.05).The hospital stay and the fracture healing time in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion PFNA surgery can effectively improve hip function in elderly FIHF patients,reduce the incidence of complications,shorten fracture healing and treatment time.In addition,the negative emotions of patients are light,which is worthy of the clinical promotion and application.
