浅谈临床医学教师参与综合大学教学竞赛的体会 被引量:1

摘要 综合大学教学竞赛参赛教师来源于各不同专业,教学理念和教学方法等存在差异。临床教师通过参与校级综合教学竞赛,在与其他专业教师学习交流中产生思想碰撞,不仅发现了自己教学中的不足,还收获了可供学习和借鉴的教学方法和理念。笔者总结参赛体会,希望对临床教师,尤其是青年教师改进教学理念,创新教学模式,全面适应临床医学教育新形势的发展提供经验借鉴。 The teachers who participated in the teaching competition of comprehensive university came from different majors,and there were differences in teaching ideas and teaching methods.Clinical teachers participated in the school level comprehensive teaching competition.Through learning and communication with other professional teachers,they not only found their own shortcomings in teaching,but also gained a lot of teaching methods and ideas for learning and reference.The author summarizes the experience of the competition,hoping to provide experience for clinical teachers,especially young teachers,to improve teaching philosophy,innovate teaching mode,and fully adapt to the development of the new situation of clinical medical education.
