摘要
种子是农业的“芯片”,是保障国家粮食安全的源头。金融支持是现代种业企业健康发展的保障,是突破“卡脖子”重要途径。受限于种业企业自身、金融机构、融资渠道、融资环境等方面约束,种业企业发展面临困境。为此,需要拓展融资渠道,增强金融服务现代种业的意识,加大对种业支持力度,创新为种业服务的金融产品,完善多层次的种业与金融融合,积极搭建为种业企业服务的投融资平台,建立健全种业企业支持保障体系,促进种业企业健康发展,保障国家粮食安全。
Seeds are the"chips"of agriculture and the source of national food security.Financial support is the guarantee for the healthy development of modern seed industry enterprises and an important way to break through the"stuck neck".Limited by the constraints of seed companies themselves,financial institutions,financ⁃ing channels,and financing environment,the development of seed companies is facing difficulties.To this end,it is necessary to expand financing channels,increase awareness of finance to serve the modern seed industry,in⁃crease support for the seed industry,innovate financial products that serve the seed industry,improve multi-level seed industry and financial integration,actively build an investment and financing platform for seed industry enter⁃prises,establish a sound support and guarantee system for seed industry enterprises,promote the healthy develop⁃ment of seed industry enterprises,and ensure national food security.
