摘要
针对车用铝合金板材,为确定止裂孔对裂纹扩展的影响,以有限元仿真软件ABAQUS为基础,建立了含中心裂纹铝合金板材模型,并对裂纹两端设立对称止裂孔,分别研究了裂纹长度和止裂孔直径对于裂纹扩展的影响。结果表明,裂纹长度所占板材长度的比例P越大,对添加止裂孔后的铝合金寿命影响越大,同时止裂孔的大小最合适的范围在5~9 mm,并且拟合分析后得出理想的止裂孔直径d0和裂纹长度的关系式,随着裂纹长度的增加,止裂孔过大反而会降低材料性能,此时应该逐渐减小止裂孔直径才能最大程度减小裂纹扩展速率,其具体值被定量表示为d0-P函数关系。
In order to determine the influence of crack-stopping hole on crack growth of automobile aluminum alloy plate,a model of aluminum alloy plate with central crack was established based on finite element simulation software ABAQUS,and symmetrical crack-stopping hole was set up at both ends of the crack.The influence of crack length and crack-stopping hole diameter on crack growth was studied respectively.Results show that,the larger the proportion P of the crack length to the plate length,the greater the impact on the life of the aluminium alloy after adding crack-stopping hole.The most appropriate size of the crack-stopping hole ranges in 5~9 mm.By fitting analysis,the ideal relationship between the crack-stopping hole diameter d_(0) and the crack length was obtained.With the increase of crack length,overlarge hole can reduce the material performance,so the hole diameter should be gradually reduced at this time to minimize the crack growth rate.The specific value is quantitatively expressed as d_(0)-P function relation.
