摘要
以某型号轿车连杆为例,利用SolidWorks软件进行三维建模并将其导入ABAQUS有限元软件中。利用ABAQUS软件对连杆进行静力学分析,得到最恶劣工况压缩条件下应力分布云图及位移云图,在此基础上对连杆进行拓扑优化。连杆在拓扑优化后,结构满足所设定的约束条件,设计区域在满足强度条件下材料节省约75%。
Taking the connecting rod of a certain car model as an example,the 3D modeling was carried out with SolidWorks software and imported into ABAQUS finite element software.The stress distribution and displacement results under the compression condition of the worst working condition are obtained by using ABAQUS software.On the basis of this analysis,the topology optimization of the connecting rod is carried out.After the topology optimization,the structure meets the set constraints,and the material saving of the connecting rod design area is about 75%under the condition of meeting the strength,which provides a feasible optimization method for the linkage optimization of a certain type of car.
