摘要
为提高沥青基球形活性炭的吸附性能,对其进行了空气氧化改性。结果表明,样品的物理性质和化学性质都发生了变化,提高氧化温度或延长氧化时间,样品的比表面积、孔结构变化更加明显,但耐压强度下降,同时pH值由碱性变为酸性。以氧化后的沥青基球形活性炭为载体制备了催化剂,对氨气和硫化氢气体有良好的防护效果。
The pitch-based spherical activated carbon is modified by air oxidation in order to improve the adsorption. The results show that after air modification, both the physical and chemical properties of the sample change. When the oxidation temperature is increased or the oxidation time is extended, the specific surface area and pore structure of the sample show obvious change, but the compressive strength decreases, and the pH value changes from alkaline to acidic. In addition, the catalyst prepared with oxidized pitch-based spherical activated carbon as a carrier has a good protective effect on ammonia gas and hydrogen sulfide gas.
