摘要
目的了解陕西省中医医院感染管理专职人员职业承诺现状,分析其影响因素。方法采用分层整群抽样法,选择陕西省38所中医医院的感染管理专职人员为研究对象,编制调查问卷了解其一般情况、职业承诺现状及其影响因素。结果研究对象职业承诺评分为(79.50±15.93),不同工龄研究对象情感承诺评分、不同专业研究对象经济成本评分比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),其他个体特征研究对象职业承诺各维度评分比较,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。多元线性回归分析表明,性别和专业对职业承诺及规范承诺、经济成本维度的作用较大(P<0.05)。结论性别和专业是影响职业承诺的重要因素,从人员的性别和专业两方面做出调整,将有利于提高中医医院感染管理专职人员的职业承诺水平。
Objective To explore the current statusand influencing factors of career commitment of infection management professionals in traditional Chinese medicine hospitals in Shaanxi Province. Methods The stratified cluster sampling method was used to select the infection management professionals as the research subjects from 38 traditional Chinese medicine hospitals in Shaanxi Province.Meanwhile, a questionnaire was compiled to investigate basic situation, current status and influencing factors of career commitment in participants. Results The career commitment score of the subjects was(79.50±15.93). There were significant differences in emotional commitment of subjects with different duration of work and economic cost commitment of subjects with different majors(P<0.05).Whereas, there were no obvious differences in other dimensions of career commitment(P>0.05).Multiple linear regression analysis suggested that gender and major played the critical roles in career commitment, normative commitment and economic cost commitment(P<0.05). Conclusions Gender and major were the key influencing factors of career commitment.Adjusting the gender and major of infection management professionals will improve the career commitment level in traditional Chinese medicine hospital.
