摘要
目的了解某医院医务人员对医疗纠纷的认知、态度及行为,并分析其影响因素,为提高医务人员整体素质,改善医疗服务环境,避免医疗纠纷的发生提供理论支持和依据。方法采用自行设计的调查问卷,对北京市某医院295名医务人员进行调查并进行影响因素分析。结果不同工作年限,不同职称、不同信息来源之间的医务人员其医疗纠纷的认知水平比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。在医疗纠纷行为方面,不同岗位以及不同职称的个体比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。多元逐步回归分析结果显示影响医疗纠纷认知的因素有医务人员的工龄、职称;影响态度的因素有医务人员医疗纠纷认知得分;影响行为的因素有医务人员岗位、职称以及医疗纠纷认知和态度得分。结论医务人员对医疗纠纷的认知水平较低,态度较积极,防御行为较好,但存在消极防御性医疗行为。
Objective To understand the cognition,attitude and behavior of medical staff in a hospital,and analyze the influencing factors,to provide theoretical support and basis for improving the overall quality of medical staff,improving the medical service environment,and avoiding medical disputes.Methods A self-designed questionnaire was used to survey 295 medical staff in a hospital in Beijing and analyze the influencing factors.Results There were significant statistical differences in the cognitive level of medical disputes among medical staff with different working years,different titles,and different information sources(P<0.05).In terms of medical dispute behavior,there were significant statistical differences among individuals in different positions and different professional titles(P<0.05).The results of multiple stepwise regression analysis show that the factors affecting the perception of medical disputes include the length of service and professional title of the medical staff;the factors that affect attitudes include the scores of the medical staff's perception of medical disputes,attitude score.Conclusion Medical staff have a low level of cognition of medical disputes,their attitudes are positive,and their defensive behaviors are better,but they have negative defensive medical behaviors.
